Poor Service

I saw Milo Designs on Facebook, I loved their work. I started communicating with Danie the salesperson. I chose what I wanted and we agreed on the items on the 7th of August 2017 and he assured me that I will get my furniture after 3 weeks. He told me his CEO Marco told him everything will be done in that time. When we were told that the order is ready we paid the balance on the 04/09/2017 , he started giving us stories. We still haven’t received our goods, it’s not fair we have just moved into an empty house. They have been playing games with me since, I told them I want to send my our courier they refused and told me more stories. I can’t even call the CEO because he blocked my calls, I asked them for a refund the also refused they said their company policy doesn’t allow that. I am really stressed they can’t deliver and they don’t want refund me. Please help me.
