Non delivery of bedroom suit and cooperation on milo designs

I bought a King size bedroom set. The contract person promised to deliver in 3 to 4 weeks. He gave me the account number and I deposited money. I kept on asking them when can I expect delivery. The contact person gave me the number of the owner and his email address. I emailed. I did not get a response. I called he shouted at me telling me he is on leave. Also that he is going to follow company procedures he will treat me like all his customers. I am not the only customer. I keep on calling now he has blocked me. The sales representative always refers me to the same owner who just shouts me and hang up. I asked them to refund me. No response. I even sent them proof of payment. No response. Cokisa Biko ***
