Never ever buy from them

Pls help I ordered bedrooms suit from Milo designs and was promised it will be delivered.after paying in full I am still waiting for it till date.Everytime I try to call and do a follow up no one wants to answer instead they gave me an email address that replies on an automatic response.I requested them to refund my money since they could not deliver to thier promise and the answer I got was No refunds. I have now decided to take the matter to legal collectors
