Milo Designs took my money and never delivered goods purchased

I purchased furniture at Milo Designs on the 28th February 2019 which amount to R17,490 which I paid half of it on the same day with an agreement that balance will be paid when furniture is ready as it was still to be manufactured.

I followed up with Milo Designs on the 15th March and I was told that they will check with the factory and revert back to me. On the 29th March, they got back to me saying they are waiting for a delivery date list from delivery guy.

On the 25th March, I followed up again and I was told that my furniture is in the upholstery room and ready to be upholstered

I followed up again on the 5th April and I was told that orders takes approx 8 weeks and this was my first time to be told

On the 11th April, I was told that my order is ready, boxed and crated. I was then asked to pay the balance which I paid on the same day. I was told that delivery will be within 15 working days

I followed up with Milo Designs again on the 15th May and I was told that CEO is to send delivery details to the courier company as he is uncharge of that.

On the 3rd June, I asked for the CEO details and I was provided with an email address but I was ill and hospitalised for stress which was part of going back and forth with Milo Designs who has my money and not delivering services for it. When I finally gained strength to this battle again on the 22nd June, I emailed the CEO and told him to either deliver within 7 days or refund me my money. I provided him with my banking details and told him that I will be taking this mater to social media should he not meet my demands in 7 days. He responded to me saying he will revert back on Monday the 24th as he had to find out what was the holdup on my order.

I have been stressed and hospitalised the whole month of June. This whole battle with Milo Designs was on top of the list of my stresses. I have not heard from them to this day, No money paid back to me, no furniture delivered and no communication from them
