Milo Designs - This is a ***** company, takes your money but never delivers.

I ordered a headboard from Milo designs in August 2019 and the final payment was made in September 2019. I was being assisted by the salesperson Danie who was very informative until I made the final payment. Since then I have been following up on the delivery of my headboard and all she has to say is that she knows nothing, only the CEO Marco looks into deliveries. Well, I tried contacting their CEO but he neither picks up the call, nor responds to messages, so at the end of the day there is no update and you make a fool of yourself by giving your hard earned money to these ********s and not receiving the product. I told Danie I was going to the cops and that is when the CEO Marco responded to my email mentioning that he is awaiting to hear from third party delivery service. It has been almost a month since I received that email and I am still clueless about the delivery. I don't think they even intend to deliver. I have written several times to both Danie and the CEO but either I have a received a useless response or no response at all. I have paid my hard earned money, so I will not beg for the product. My advice to anyone who has been charmed into buying by looking at the beautiful pictures posted by Milo designs, DON'T. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OVER THESE **** PHOTOS. THIS COMPANY IS A *****. THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCT TO YOU. And now when I am going through the reviews, I can see there are people posting from 2017 about not receiving their product. Only I wish I would have read these reviews sooner, I would have never placed an order with these guys. If you still want to buy from them, be ready to be cheated and for the most horrible online experience of your life. For me, my patience is full, I am going to take legal action against this ***** company now.
