Milo designs ******** the customers

I have bought the headboard set at Milo designs, they promised to deliver in 15 working days but it's been 5months now, they don't answer any of their phones nor respond to any of my texts, I inboxed them on Facebook and they told me they are only doing the admins I must contact their CEO, of I did, till to date he/she hasn't responded
