Milo Designs not to be trusted, ****s!!!

I and my husband ordered a headboard last year November 2017 and some lady called Zandile is the one handling our order. She promised delivery will be January 2018. When we enquire about the order status, she gives us excuse after excuse. I then decided to enquire on Milo Designs' Facebook wall and instead of responding to my query, they blocked me.

Till this day, they have not delivered the headboard which is/was fully paid for. Last week after several whatsapp msgs demanding the status of the delivery, the lady whatsapped us a waybill no. From ChurchHill international courier company. When we call the courier people to track the order, they say they have no such delivery on their system and stated that the correct waybill should include the name of the driver, contact number and pick up time, to our suprise the one we were provided with does not have any of those.

Milo Designs are not to be trusted and don't have customer relations. No contact number to communicate with them accept the whatsapp number they provide on their Facebook adverts.

All we need to know is the truth about our order and if not so to just refund us our money and we go our way.
