Milo designs is a ****

I started following Milo designs on Instagram for months before inquiring about a bedroom suit I liked, I followed their ordering instructions, within few hrs I got an wattapp msg and started chatting with their sales man.. soon after the order was paid for in full value of R8000.

1 week later I got confirm that my order was dispatched on the 22Sept from the Pinetown office in Durban.

I waited for 7 days for a delivery, nothing was delivered. I followed up daily with the salesman on wattapp who is so swift in responding, he kept telling that he is following up and I will get my delivery.

Today I followed up again, he responded by saying I will get a full refund..but I dont believe him as he still has 2 couriers still on the way with my delivery..

I have since done a research about them, something i should have done before paying these fauders.. they have ****med more people and they will continue doing that if Facebook and Instagram continues to allow their posts..

I dont know what to do next..can you guys advise?
