Milo Designs are they a ****

Hi so we bought a bedroom set from Milo designs its 2 months now and we haven't received our order payment was made in full the day we bought our bedroom set. When i queried about the delay in my delivery i was told to be patient. Ive sent messages and emails to the CEO Marco he hasnt responded till this day i then spoke to a guy by the name of Jason who just gives me the run around. They make ppl cry. Ive asked for a refund they apparently dont do refunds but they fail to deliver on time or even get back to you on time.
