In August 2018 I enquired about a bedroom suite and was given the price that I saw on Facebook. I paid the deposit and on the 3rd of September 2018 I paid the balance. When I enquired about the delivery I was told that because I have made 2 payments, that is regarded as a laybye therefore I will receive my goods after 3 months plus 10 days of dispatch. 3 months has lapsed and every time I'm told that they are checking with the factory or they are looking into it. Up to this day I have not received my good or even a reply.
