Milo design are ******

Hello Peter I hope you'll help I bought a bedroom suite with milo design in 2018 may and they promised that within a week of full payment they will deliver. They apologized and said they will deliver in September 2018 after a run around from from May 2018. Comes September 2018 they gave me another story and said October then it was December and then it was January2019. Come January 2019no delivery and they don't even bother apologies when the date they gave you comes and you don't get it. It must be me again going after them. They then told me I must wait for March 21st 2019, 2weeks before the 21st March they sent me a message of saying they apologize I must wait for 10 June 2019. June 10 came no delivery sent them an email asking as to for how long must I wait they say they will check with the delivery what happened that was on the 11 June 2019. Today is the 18th June 2019 a year and month later with no delivery no answer in my emails nor the what's up because they don't give us the number to directly call them. The bedroom suite I bought it was 14thousand I can't give up on such amount of money because they said they don't refund. Now what I don't get is when you can't deliver why don't you give that person her money back. Please Hello Peter help me I really do not know as to what to do now and am so tired of running after milo design for a year with no help nor delivery of my things.
