Disappointed by Milo Designs poor service

I've place my order with this company and fully paid for my order they told me to wait for 8 wks but now it the 10 th week. I've been sending emails they told me to send my email to their delivery department well I did and I've been calling then till today I haven't receive my order. It invoice number 1571.
