Bed ordered 6 months ago, still not delivered and no communication

I've had an absolutely horrid experience with this furniture business. I ordered a bed from them in december 2019. Contract says I am supposed to get my furniture within 3 months of paying. I'm now going on almost 6 months with no communication about anything whatsoever. I have contacted them and sent multiple messages and emails but I was only told 2 days ago that I must wait for a person named Jason to reply me. I have emailed that person months ago and within the last week and he has never responded. Whoever I chat with otherwise tells me there is nothing he/she can do for me.

Whatever you do, do not order from these people. They will frustrate you and ignore you. Heed this warning.

I have been quite patient with Milo designs but I have been treated rudely and with no results. I have all contracts, emails, and chats on record. I will also be reportiong to The National consumer Commission but I wanted others to know how this business operates. Please be very very careful with your money and whom you order furniture from. Do not order from Milo designs. Spare yourselves.
