BAD SERVICE MILO DESIGNS

I bought a bedroom suit at Milo Designs, Paid them in full but to this day I have not received the Bedroom suit, they keep telling me about couriers. They sent me a message 1st August saying that the items have been dispatched and its with the couriers it will take 7 days. to this day I have not received the item, they do not want to refund my money. By the way I paid them in May its not end of august.
