Bad service i want my refund

I have purchased a bedroom suite with Milo Design on February 24th last year on the black Friday special i paid half and was supposed to pay balance when it was done. Papers toy they are custom made. December and January come and went nothing from them had to contact them to ask if they are done this was i March. They said and i have to pay balance which i did. Till today im still waiting for my bedroom suite they are always giving me excuses i dont k ow what to do.
