Bad service, false promises

I ordered 2x bedroom suites from them in Nov 2017, paid 50% deposit and waited for the manufacturing period which is 6 weeks. Since they would close for 2 weeks in Dec for the Christmas break, I waited for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks (end of January 2018) I contacted them to do a follow up on my order and I was instructed to pay the balance as my goods are ready for shipment. I then paid the balance totaling my total payment to R42 340. I was told that my good would be delivered within the next 7 days and until now, I haven't received them. Its been nearly 9 months since I've placed my order, my WhatsApp msg's are being ignored by the manager and my calls are not being answered.

I'm tired of waiting and just want my money back.
