Bad service

Last year mid February 2019 I bought a bedroom headboard set worth R9000.00 from the company named Milo designs based in KZN. Its more than a year now requesting feedback via several emails and Whatsup texts from sales person Danie Pretorius and Marco Wood with no luck. Its more than a year now and I have not received the headboard set and their commitment was 30 days from last day full payment.
