Bad service at Milo Designs

I bought a bedroom set worth R11900, paid it in full in May 2018. Even today I have not received my goods or any communicate from those ******** at Milo Designs. Then there was a message from them to contact their new operations manager Jason but still there was no response. I just want my money. If any of you at Milo happen to read this, please I just want my money back you can keep your goods.
