An Awaiting For An Order : INVOICE NUMBER 0153

I am so disappointed at your service. Your level of your professionalism is off low standard and you care less about your customers and their complaints. My order with you was placed last year November 2017 and the rest of the due amount was paid in February 2018, upon Dannie's update that my order was finished and just waiting for a so called number to be prepared for courier, follow up where made and clearly is absurd excuses a business could give for a customer. Last month i contacted Marco it was same excuses,sent an e-mail to him and no response was received up until last week he sent a message saying his still doing a follow up, same excuse again. I asked both Dannie and Marco for refund which i can assume that also is impossible to do however i refuse to live this matter like this its either your company deliver my good, refund me or I will implement the last option as to take the legal route as I've already seek legal advice. Customer comes first at any business but at Milo Design its vise versa... Your service is a disgrace!!!! INVOICE NUMBER 0153........
