5months waiting for delivery, still nothing

I placed an order and paid for it on the 28th of March 2017. I was dealing with Denise, she told me it takes between 6 and 10 weeks. I asked her if I can at least get my bedroom suite in 6weeks since I have no bed.

Waited and waited with no feedback from her, later she referred me to Marco who told me they will deliver soonest. 6weeks later, still no delivery.

I requested for my refund as it's been 5months and he told me I can't receive a refund.

It's so sad how they treat their customers.
