MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE

What absolute TERRIBLE (lack of) service Monday 26 April at 1230 Walked in after spending 1,1/2 hour in queue Lady behind counter doesn't greet me I asked her about a date on the board and she dismisses me I asked again and she just says, it is wrong, in the most annoyed voice possible Still not looking at me, more 'through' me She gives me a date and I asked, is it a Monday, reply, huh? I said, is it a Monday.. Well if the 4th is next month, then obviously the 11th is also next month So I said. I am asking if it is a Monday.

Then she grabs my paper, which I printed off the website and she waves it at me, what am I suppose to do with this, where must I file the rest of the papers, if it isn't one double page.. I then asked for my papers back and her reply was, why, so I told her, I refuse to work with a rude person like you, even if I stood on a queue for so long.. So I asked for her name and her reply was, in a very loud voice. I don't have to give it to you, what do you want to do with it. So I said, I want to report you to your supervisor, at which stage, her colleague told me it is Melanie Arnolds
