Drivers test

My son repeated his drivers test at the Milnerton traffic department. The first time he did it in a car from the driving school but on his 2nd time he just took the family car. I had heard about issues of ******* traffic departments up country that were being paid by driving schools but I think I was a bit naive to think that the Western Cape was excluded. The instructor basically failed him on all of his checks, even those that he did when the instructor wasn't present in the car. At the end he wasn't allowed to exit the yard due to having 68 points (50 is the max). We then went on to do the driving test at the Ottery Learners and testing centre the next day (luckily due to somebody re-booking) and he did exactly the same checks and passed with flying colours. There is something rotten at Milnerton!!!
