estate agent attacks when u dont seem interested in the property

<p>We scrolled through private property, and after many views, we saw this beautiful property advertised in Weltevreden park in Jhb. We phoned Nadeem Goolam Hoosen the ESTATE AGENT from Milner realty. He said we can view at 12am which was in an hour after the call. That was the conversation, just booking a time and confirming the adres. We arrived just before him and realised the photos have been taken many years ago when the house was still in a good condition. We went through the viewing, complimenting the potential of the house,but we mentioned it was not looked after. It was disgusting,like ***s lived there before. As we stood in the driveway on our way to leave, the agent asked me for when we are looking to move in, and I rep**** July. He got rude and said the property is for June, and he specifically asked me on the phone if we are looking for a place for June. Firstly,if he asked me that over the phone,why did he just ask me in the driveway?? Idiot!!! And why would I say June if I can only move in in July?? Then he said how far he drove to show us this property and how he had to cancel all his appointments to come out this way. Which is untrue too, as he made the time,i said we are available ALL day at any time that suites him. Sooo unprofessional! He said in future we sould get our dates right and not mess people around... we were in shock and just left.</p> <p> </p> <p>Milner realty in Jhb should train their agents properly and teach them how to work with peoole. It was false advertising and the listing is advertised in Weltevreden park, but the house is high up in Constantia Kloof.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to save anyone from a disasterous day like we had with this agent and company. You wouldnt believe how something like this can disrupt your entire day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope Nadeem loses his job, just because I believe that people shouldnt be treated like that. He is in the wrong industry and shouldnt be working with people. Very rude muslim man!!!</p>
