Highly disappointed ☹️

Really disappointed ☹️!!! We usually rave about this place. Today 2 January, we arrived at 11:15 placed our order. 12:30 comes still no food. Customers who arrived after us had eaten and paid. We complained to the manager after 45 minutes and nothing was resolved. We eventually paid for our drinks and left. If we had walked out and not paid no one would of even noticed. Thankfully we were honest enough.
