Unsatisfactory service

<p>I requested a quote from Milly's motorcycle transport to transport my motor cycle in a closed trailer from Capetown to Durban, all the necessary paperwork and payment was made prior to the bike being picked up as this is standard procedure.</p> <p>the bike was picked up on a Friday evening in an open trailer, I thought this was just to move it to a storage area for movement to Durban, this was not the case as this trailer and bikes were involved in an accident on the way to Durban.</p> <p>milly phoned on the Saturday morning to inform me of the accident and said as the bikes were insured by outsurance they would cover the repairs.</p> <p>on the Monday I phoned and requested photos of the bike, I only managed to get these later in the week after numerous phone calls.</p> <p>they then stopped answering my phone calls and did not even answer my e-mails, we eventually found out that outsurance had viewed them, this was only after numerous e-mails and phone calls</p> <p>we are now a month down the road and are non the wiser as to when the bikes will be repaired</p> <p>Rillett the secretary laugh at me when I phoned the other day to inquire as to the progress on the bikes.</p> <p>i urge all not to use this company....</p> <p> </p>
