Bad service/non delevery

<p>this about five of us who used milly's motorcycle transport to transport our motorcycles from Capetown To Durban. Speaking for myself I looked up on the internet for a realiable transporter and decided to use milly's a request was made to transport my motorcycle in a closed trailer and was informed the cost would be R2950.00.</p> <p>This payment was made up front and arangments to fetch the bike were made.</p> <p>The advert said all motorcycles were covered by outsurance in the event of an accident.</p> <p>This was not the case as we learned that milly had not paid his premiums.</p> <p>When the driver & trailer arrived it was an open trailer type, the bike was loaded on to it and near Malmesbury the driver had an accident which caused the trailer to flip upsidedown -destroying all 5 bikes beyond repair.</p> <p>This accident happened on the 6 August 2016 after nearly 6 weeks later and numerous e-mail and phone calls, we have had no correspondence regarding payment /repairs and now they refuse to answer e-mails or phone calls.</p> <p>one occation when Rilette answered the phone and i started to enquire about the claim she had the audacity to laugh at me.</p> <p>Now they are refusing to refund us the amount paid for the transportation of the bikes although this never took place. they keep fobing us off saying the insurance will pay out which we know will never happen due to them at the time not having insurance.</p> <p>DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY</p>
