I was recruited by Tns they asked if i can take part in the online cigarette research, no time line was given however the app had a problem. I was advised to delete and re-download i did take part in two videos out of five the agreement was i complete all five videos and they will pay me R1100, on Monday the recruiter sent a message that the online research will close on Tuesday so i must be done by Tuesday i agreed an hour later she advised that we must not continue with the research until further notice, the company was silent with no communication or proper explanation for exactly five days. Until we asked on an update as payment is not discussed neither did they explain reason for stopping. Just after sending the email the response was that the response was not good the research is canceled and they assure us the videos wont be used. I asked was this a **** how sure are we that the videos wont be used when we cant even see or delete them from your app. Now payment must be made and every one is silent. We are being **** to TNS Kantar is a *****. They used us decided to tell us the due date late an hour later they stop us so they dont pay us. Joanne Tessendorf sent me an email to confirm a payment of Two hundred and something what an insult when i played my part and was stopped before due date agreement is R1100. May i be Paid i am prepared to expose this company to the papers for their voxpopme moments app.
