Spam SMS
I have been receiving a number of SMS DAILY from Millward Brown to take part in some survey! I have NEVER given permission to this company to use my cell phone number. I have been replying to the sms: NO to \opt out"of their **** that they are sending me but I am still receiving this nonsense. The sms that I am sending to \""opt out\"" of your nonsense is costing ME money!!!! This is INVASION of my PRIVACY!!! WHO gave you permission to send these sms to me? This is my personal"

Thank you for getting in touch with us. We were commissioned by one of our clients to do these surveys, and they supplied us with phone numbers of the customers they wished to contact. We have investigated your complaint, and it turns out that you were sent 3 different surveys hence the 6 SMS's. We have since permanently removed you from the Millward Brown survey database so you will no longer receive requests to do a survey from us.
We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused as this was never our (nor our client's) intention.
