Millwardb Mobile Surveys cheats

I answered more than one survey where one has to qualify by answering qualifying questions before proceeding to the survey, about three times on three different links on different days. I qualified, viewed ads which were part of the survey and answered questions about those ads then all the surveys would then say unfortunately you do not qualify for the survey. How do I not qualify after doing all watching the ads and answering questions about the videos played? I have sent complaints on [Email Removed] but I get automated response all the time which promises to look into it in less than 24 hours but they never do, if not that they send an email saying I'm out of office email so and so for assistance. So far I have been referred to [Email Removed] , [Email Removed] and to this day I have received no assistance, this is cheating. I use the Internet for this surveys as they are online based and that is not free.
