Millward Brown pesters me with spam

I am receiving unsollicited requests from Millward Brown (from telephone number ***) to complete a survey and receive airtime. I have written to their contact person who, conveniently, did not even respond. I have received several of these SMS messages. I am on the national opt out list and do not want to be pestered with these surveys. Please take me off your list and please provide me with the necessary apology for this intrusion in my privacy. Please also let me know where you got my cell number from.

Hello Fairplay00,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. We did receive your email message on Friday, and apologies that we are only responding to you today. The client who commissioned us to do this survey on their behalf supp**** us with phone numbers of the customers they wished to contact with regards the survey. We have now permanently removed you from the Millward Brown survey database so you will no longer receive requests to do a survey from us on behalf of this client.

We extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused as this was never our intention.

Kind regards,
Millward Brown
