Market Research company treated me like DIRT

Well I was sent there to do Market research now to be clear a lot of people do this as supplementary income or in my case for fun/breathing room. After timeously going into waiting area (there where othere's I will get to shortly) I waited my turn they called everyone barring two of us and then the gentleman next to me got a very strange phone call that upset him and from what I could hear the agent on the line told him he was sleeping and had to be woken (and the client Protea Hotels Group) didn't want him to attend so without nenumeration he left. NOW- 5mins later I was told the same, Now I don't take kindly to being treated like dirt and make no mistake the overweight, sans' makeup ill atired visibly tattood \lady"who dressed me down after I had arranged at the 11th hour for kidlets to go to aftercare to assist them spoke down to me so nastilly"
