Their trucks damage private property and they refuse to take responsibility.

A large Milltrans truck showed up in George in our quiet residential street with a dead end in the middle of the night. Presumably they got lost and stuck, unable to turn around. They did a failed 50-point turn over my driveway and lawn, completely destroying both as well as the concrete kerb. I caught the driver in the act and took photos, but he simply drove away. The next day I contacted the company and they just claimed that it was their subcontractor who would supposedly contact me soonest, but that never happened. I followed up multiple times to hear the same empty promise until they just stopped responding and started ignoring me altogether. They clearly have no interest in taking responsibility for the damage they have caused.
