WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER

THE WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE EVER! I read the one comment from April 2018 and it felt like an echo. Seems to be a pattern of behavior! BAD SERVICE

We purchased 2 cars from them Range Rover Sport and Jaguar convertible. Within a month of use having both cars we had problems and both were taken in. They don’t communicate at all, their sales person gives many different stories and I’m promised the cars and it never gets delivered. I’d never recommend anyone to go there. They quick to make the sale and get the commission then they gone. My car are there more than a month and I literally wanna go to ombudsman to complain! I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM A RATING OF 1 id like to give them a big fat ZERO!!! From the owner I dealt with to the sales person- ZERO!! And yes I have all the proof! They have to many EXCUSES ALL THE TIME’ PATHETIC
