I was approached by a company in S.A. in Feb 2017 called Millionaires Forum (Pty) Ltd in South Africa (CEO) Mr. John Steward requesting my services and expertise to advertising various products and services who at the time appointing Sales Staff and providing job opportunities within the company to advertise and sell his so called products and service offering to the public and to show case their products on a so-called future shows and scheme called “Adventure Survivor Show” in Boksburg, Gauteng. A fictitious project planned that will never materialise. The company also advertises and offers various fictitious MLM and Pyramid schemes to clients by signing up as members with the company for R1000.00+ pm soliciting clients to invest their hard earned cash over the internet on his site, with his company. Here is evidence to prove my case; At the end of March 2017. I have learnt there is actually no infrastructure in place to cater for all this garbage being advertised and that all marketing information is fictitious. In the interim the company - to date - is not planning to remunerate me for my services during my employment, ever since I started working for them in Feb 2017. Making up all kinds of stories and excuses and are unable to pay me my remuneration as promised. The CEO also refuses to confirm my letter of appointment as requested to conduct business and sales in excess of R30,000 pm. On the 14 of April 2017 the matter is reported to the Labour Dept. and to date – after several months – have not received any results in resolving the matter only make up stories and excuses and yet not received any confirmation or agreement on how this matter is going to, or will be resolved. However, the above mention **** and ***** process is now being restated and promises again are made without any consent or signed agreement as no obligations yet have been met by any parties concerned, or any attempt made to resolve the matter. I will only accept the matter resolved once all outstanding monies owed to me - is paid in full!
