Gone with the money, NO work done!

The CEO and his wife came to my home to do a quote and insisted that we pay 70% of the amount for them to proceed to which they also included VAT even though they are not VAT registered. He then proceeded to breakdown our wall after 2 months of nothing happening, sent guys to build pillars which where not built correctly and did not pay them, next morning i have a angry mob in my yard to which he switched his phone off. After approx 9 months of back and forth to proceed with the job started making excuses again leaving my home with my yard completely accessable to anyone. later he agreed to start paying back the 45000 rand that he left off with, when i asked him when he will be able to pay he used faul language and insulted me and my family. To this day he still owes me my money and had since blocked me on everything not to be able to make contact with him. I will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use MILLERQUIP dont be his next victim.
