**** Miller Rose online ad

I bought a pair of slippers online from MillerRose. The slippers arrived completely the wrong size, the colour was not as advertised. The quality of the slippers was not what I expected. I could have got a better quality for a quarter of the price at Dischem. I contacted MillerRose to say I wanted to return them & get the 100% money back which was promised - a strong incentive to buy. They did not want to give my money back. I was offered 15% & keep the slippers. I said I wanted all my money back. They rep**** that returning the slippers to China would cost me R400 & could be lost en route. Their advert showed a Cape Town shop with quality shoes & clothes - this was a pure fabrication. After a number of e’mails they finally agreed to give me 60% back & I could keep the slippers which didn’t fit & I didn’t want. Do not buy from MillerRose. It’s a ****
