Very poor service received from this removal company. Promised 2 vehicles to do a quick and easy move starting at 10h00. Send 1 truck with 3 personnel of which 1 was a casual labourer with no experience. 2nd truck delayed but no back up team for the 3 guys moving a 4-bed house. The removal blankets are old dirty and stinky. Eventually 2 team did pitch around 15h00. Rushed move ended at 18h00 with a shouting match because the owner Donald send his driver to me to get the balance of payment in cash for him to pay the guys. When Donald eventually did call me personally, I was threatened that his personnel and trucks will stand in front of both properties until they were paid. Very unprofessional conduct and poor communication throughout by Donald. Pay your own salaries Donald. Noticed Sat morning after cleaning new Samsung S/Steel fridge, scratches on side and front. Bad Bad Bad experience.
