Millenniums Canopies - Bad Attitude Kobus

Super bad attitude from Kobus.

Took my canopy to Kobus at Millennium canopies to fix my back window which I broke and fix a few hairline scratches/cracks. Kobus was very friendly and took the canopy off very quickly and told me he can fix the fibre glass cracks too.

Great.. payment was made and all looked fine when the canopy was collected. While on holiday is saw that the fibre glass part he fixed started too look really bad. Looked like it was not made nice and smooth, thus spots of dirt collected on it.

Got home, washed and polished the canopy but the fibre glass would not clean up, looked very bad and it was clear that the fibre glass was not done correctly.

Went to Kobus today to show him how it looks that he surely did something wrong with the fibre glass. Was met by a total diffirent Kobus than in December or he has a very short and bad temper. When I showed him the clear and very ugly part of fibre glass he worked on, he said that he worked on the glass and if I wanted the fibre glass to look as the rest of the canopy I need to buy a whole new canopy door.

Now I am not a fibre glass expert but have some experience in fibreglass boats and any person who looked as this guy's work will see and know that he made a total *****-up on my beautiful Beekman canopy. Then he starts swearing at me, telling me I am ungrateful! Screaming at me telling me I am looking for an argument...!

Now Big man Kobus......I was not expecting your ugly attitude and clearly someone or something upset you today but you should not take this out on your customers. You deliver very bad workmanship and cannot work with fibreglass, tell your customers this before you try fixing a fibreglass canopy. Then after you ***** up the job you tell me to buy a new one??

Really??!!! People stay away from this place, Kobus runs a very bad Beekman fitment centre and cannot talk to customers , guy's like this should not receive our support or money!!!!

I will be sending Beekman some pics and report his bad attitude and swearing at customers to Beekman too.
