Packaging mystery.

So unfortunate that Natasha Coetzee cannot answer basic question. The prices are good, and I want and need cheap bulk meat. However Natasha cannot answer questions. Either she does not care, or one person with one order is just not important enough to the company to garner attention. I want to order 25kg of meat, this is one box, my question is "how is this packed". If they put 25kg of meat in a box and freeze it, then it is useless to a person for a month, but is they pack it in 1kg portions and freeze the portions separately then pack it into a box, then it is useful. Natasha refuses to answer this question, and I approached her from 2 separate email addressee 2 months apart. Both with the same result. She will answer other questions, but how the boxes are packed is a mystery to her. As a carnivore that only eats meat and is looking for a supplier and has a community that is also looking for cheaper meat, it is very unfortunate that one person is blocking sales for the company. Very unfortunate.
