Plumbers are cheating - unprofessional and NO service at all

I logg a call through Momentum Assist for a leaking toilet. The plumber and assistant told me upfront before inspection of job that after an hour I have to pay labour and I have to pay all the parts. I told them it is only a small leak somewhere at the bottom or back. The 2 persons were the whole time outside at the bakkie. After a while the Plumber told me it is a huge crack at the bottom of the toilet we will have to replace the toilet - apparently what was a small crack that could be fixed was worsen by them and now the toilet will have to be replaced. That was not the problem - I have to pay R437 for an extra hour of labour while the two of them did not if you add up the time they spent working at the toilet work more than 30 minutes!!! He refuse to leave my house if I did not send proof of payment to the owner of this business. He agreed that I will receive a report and photos to take it further. I phoned two days later the offices and the lady agreed to mail me the report and photo's - it is now 10 days later and still nothing!!!! I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
