Millenium Loodgieters lack of plumbing skills

<div>So after having water restrictions, I was having issues with my hot water pipes where air pockets was just bursting out of my tap (Common problem I have after water cuts, solution- pressure valve needs adjustment). Jaco, from Millenium Loodgieters comes out, I explain to him the problem and inpects. 15min later I ask whats the verdict, he says he is still busy trying to see whats the problem. He then walks around my yard, sits in his bakkie for almost half an hour speaking to someone on his mobile. He tells me the water is drained from the geyser and got back to the main pipelines... Seriously??? So the water passed my meter, I got charged for it, now goes back to the City of Tshwane and when it comes back to my house I get charged again. He then tells me the hot water got drained into my cold water pipes throughout the house. I have a 300L geyser. I can not understand how 300Ls get drained into pipes in my house, which doesnt even have so much of piping. Common Sense?? I think not. This guy was taking chances, how can the geyser get drained back into the main pipeline when the inlet of the geyser sits on top. When it passes that level, water is cut off and the element is kept safe. Millenium Loodgieters, please review this guys competancy and plumbing killss. Also, people skills. VERY VERY Arogant. Not sure if he wanted to pull the work for more than hour to get more money.&nbsp;</div>
