False Diagnostics and Poor service

This company is contracted to my insurance company and was sent out to fix my toilet that was leaking at the back where the pan connector was. I called before 10 am and after numerous phone calls they arrived at my residence after 3pm. The plumber did not bother much in fixing the leak, but was eager to write out a quote of R1100 odd rand to replace the pan connector. My partner who was there took the quote and needless to say did not accept it. I enquired from a well known reputable plumber ( ***) plumber Toweel plumbing who charged us for the part R25 for a wax pan seal, which was all that was needed because there was not one on the pan at all...hence the leak. I enquired from Millenium Loodgieters why thet did not even attempt to go the way of putting a wax pan seal in, after all my insurance pays them a call out fee of over R500 and the 1st hour labour is free, so it would have cost me R25 or giving who we are dealing with they would mark it up by 100% so R50 at the most, I was told that they are not going to ride up and down to fix my problem should the wax pan seal not work, as it would not justify the R500 plus call out fee. These people are out to make money, rob people blindly, as there is no other word for it and should not have a contract with an insurance company at all.

Do not make that mistake to call Millenium loodgieters should you have a problem. Rather call Toweel Plumbers. Reasonably priced and honest. ***
