Millar's Property refund theft

I moved into the property in Eco Park Estate on 01 June 2011, and a deposit and 1st month's rent was paid. Where I was given 7days to inspect the place and send a note with any defects I've notice. Of which I did.<br> <br> The estate agent promised to repaint the place, and confirmed that the garden services were supp**** by the complex and no payment was to be done for that.<br> <br> The painting of the place was only done on December 2013 (more than 2years later). <br> <br> On 01/04/2015 I've moved out of the place after serving my 2months notice.<br> <br> The agent inspected the place, and never communicated with me afterwards pertaining the outcome of the inspection.<br> <br> Had to send numerous e-mails to him, for him to only reply on 16/04/2015, stating there were defects.<br> <br> I then requested the detailed report and pictures to be sent to me (only received it on 05/05/2015). Where some of the defects noted were the ones I mentioned in my 7day report and no pictures were received.<br> <br> He also sent an invoice for the apparent repairs done, and he was very rude when I called him to query all of this. And stated this will be deducted from my deposit.<br> <br> There is no client centricity at all.
