Millars,dishonesty and NCC,CGSO incompetence.

The above company had a closing down sale at the end of November,2017. NCC and CGSO were totally *********** in what was a well documented case,including text and pictures,which clearly showed Millars blatant dishonesty. A preferred more expensive green Chobe was returned to Millars due to a visible blemish. Bronwyn Millar,did not know that she had sent me the original tag and photographs of the cheaper red Chobe,which was to replace,but, not at same price,the preferred green Chobe carpet. The price and dimensions were correct in her first communication regarding the red Chobe. I formally requested a refund of he R5335.50 owed to me. Bronwyns then cited an 'error in stocktake' and then sent an updated price, but with incorrect dimensions. Bronwyn Millar said,in effect,that I had received a 'good deal',anyway,and that I should 'price the carpet elsewhere' to ascertain that it was a good deal. This was irrelevant. When the red Chobe was delivered,it showed a third tag with correct dimensions, but no price tag. Three tags were received regarding the same red Chobe carpet.

Beware of ************ suppliers like Millars.
