Milky Way

I purchased cheese from the dairy shop called Milky Way in Salt River, Cape Town on the 12th of July and discovered that the cheese was off. I could smell it and tasted a small piece to confirm. I returned to the shop on the 13th of July and the owner refused to change it because I had opened it. He stated that they have to send it away for testing to see if it is off and will provide feedback. This is not the first time that the cheese I purchased was off and they previously exchanged it. On another occasion, I found a piece of moldy cheese in the fridge and pointed it out to the cashier. This establishment sells old products and apparently they cut the mold off the cheese and reseal and sell it to customers.
