Worst milky lane experience in Cavendish Square

<p>My family came for a visit from the Free State and considering there is no milkylane in Bloem I decided to take themy for a treat. What a waste of money! I mean you don't go to an ice cream. shop and spend almost R400 bucks to get ****py service and terrible ice cream!!!! First of all the service was pathetic!!! Secondly, it took 15 minutes for them just to ring my order up and another 20-25 minutes till my order came. I mean how long does it take to swirl ice cream?!!! Half the order was of an "ok" standard the other half failed dismally. A double thick bubblegum milkshake was runny tasteless milk. it was sent back twice and each time it came back it was worse. the waffles we ordered was a sorry excuse for waffles. half baked and completely disfigured. let me not start on the cones. let me just say that a cheap R5 cone from McDonalds would have been more value for money!! and lastly, how is it that certain milky lanest gives you the proper big sundae glasses while others give you those tiny ice cream cups but charges you the same amount of money for the sundae??? that's ***** and a *******. if you giving me half the sundae I want to pay half the price. I want to get the items in the same way it's advertised!!! I don't buy and PAY for a Ferrari and get sent a Toyota and expect to be happy about it!</p>
