Worst Experience Ever at Milky Lane North Beach

Decided to visit Milky lane at the durban beachfront and what a nightmare that was. i understand that they have a strictly halaal policy that customers need to adhere to i also understand that they have a no outside food policy that needs to be adhered to but i do not see how feeding a 4 year old fresh chips from a halal establishment right next door to them is an issue. who in they right mind stops a parent from feeding a hungry 4 year old in such great lengths. the rest of the family ordered milky lane products and was about to order more as more family members joined but due the the terrible experience provided by Mr IZRA the store "Manager" or should i say puppet with no brain or human reasoning whatsoever of his own. to top it off i ate one the worst and most disgusting savory waffles every with cheap cheese that was grainy and only half of which was melted a ate a quarter of it a left the rest. received a hot chocolate that was basically water with flavoring, like have youguys never learnt how to make hot chocolate, have you never heard of milk or is that how you cut down on costs. overall experience deserves a -10 . this establishment really needs a wake up call every visit to them was complimented with bad service and staff with bad attitudes. i really hope they consider employing proper management whose able to think and make decisions on their own because that is what management is about.
