Vomit inducing Malva pudding with a hint of **** customer service

So they released a new line of products- focusing on puddings and so i bought myself a malva pudding from them only to find out that instead of anything resembling malva pudding i received a cake mixture filled with vomit inducing (i wish i could say i was exaggerating) cheap line cinammon cake mixture of some sort, i wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Upset over my wasted purchase i complained only for them to give a typical respone from a large company; blaming the branch when it is they who choose what the branch serves and when it is they who put cheap, disgusting ingredients into their products.
