very rude and unprofessional

Myself and my husband took my sons out for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and then to play some games. After we went to milky lane. I placed order and had to give it twice because the girl helping me was listening to her colleagues.they were speaking in Xhosa so I couldn't't understand what the convo was about. Eventually she took my order and then I handed her my debit card. All this while she is speaking to her colleagues. She stood with my debit card in her hand for about 3 minutes and then I couldn't't keep it in anymore and I asked her nicely to please assist me then she can finish her convoy. She looked at me so ugly like I must shut up and gave me my order with another rude look. My youngest son decided he also want ice cream after all and then she was so irritated that I ordered again.I didn't't change my order I just bought another thing. Didn't't seem like she wanted the extra business I brought to the shop.
