VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

It saddens me to write this complaint regarding my experience at MilkyLane Phoenix. Firstly our order was VERY delayed, which I couldn't understand why as the store was completely empty. Secondly I had ordered the new ice cream sandwich and was only given one option - rainbow, as there was no stock of the other advertised sandwiches and a hot chocolate with cream, my partner had ordered the whole shebang waffle with a strawberry milkshake and my 7 year old had the crunchie waffle with a raspberry float. My hot chocolate was disgusting and had a horrible after taste, the ice sandwich was horrible and had an egg after taste. The whole shebang waffle had a huge amount of tomatoes and not enough mushrooms or cheese. All in all our bill had come to a total of R222.40 which in my opinion was a complete waste of money. I would NEVER EVER recommend or visit Milkylane ever again. Extremely disappointing and horrific experience.
